Accurate rhythm control and innovative water show
Taikooli Shopping Center is located in the center of Chengdu, China. The open streets of western Sichuan style, the perfect combination of tradition and modernity. But the charm of these winding streets is also the project's biggest challenge: The design team was tasked with creating a fountain in the central plaza.
Technology implementation requires the perfect organization of OASE team. The overall design of the area suggests that a small shopping village will be built around the fountain, and the splash deck is just one of many technically challenging attractions.
Due to the limited space available in the fountain system, no movement effect was added to the design: this means that the system has enough flexibility to continuously develop the creativity of the new water show, which is particularly important.
Chengdu's fountain system offers extraordinary spirit and diversity in an impressively small space. Water show is sometimes beautiful, sometimes playful: sometimes neat, sometimes casual.
The barrier-free concept of the Splash Deck Fountain is particularly appealing to children because they can touch and play with water, which in turn boosts children's wear sales at nearby stores.
